Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Posh This is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at support@poshthis.com.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Posh This is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages marked as delivered. However, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier’s claim process.
